PS Store: Now up to 80% off Star Wars

The PlayStation Store today started weekend offers for PS4 and PS5. This time there are two star Wars games cheaper: For the Deluxe Edition of the singleplayer action game Star Wars Jedi: Falling Order pays only 11.99 euros instead of 59.99 euros, the multiplayer shooter Star Wars Battlefront II gets her for 4.99 euros instead of 19.99 euros. For BattleFront II you can also get the Celebration Edition upgrade with numerous ingame content such as outfits and poses, for 4.99 euros instead of 24.99 euros. Adventure on foreign planets: Star Wars Jedi: Falling Order is a singleplayer action game where we take over the role of the young Jedi CAL and explore themselves with him on different planets. The leveldesign follows the metroidvania recipe: we have a lot of freedom in exploration, but we will continue with certain skills or objects. The planets produce a lot of star-wars atmosphere through their varied and detailed design, but the hero remains a bit pale and the story has mainly in the middle trailer.

Exciting lightscript duels: As it belongs to a real Jedi, CAL renounces the use of firearms and focuses entirely on his lightweight. That may sound a bit monotonous, actually the exciting lightsabertimer but the playful highlight of Jedi: fall order. In addition, the various enemy types that require different tactics and the power forces change into the fighting.

Conclusion: Jedi: Falling Order may not be perfect, but it has been quite the big singleplayer adventure to get waiting for the Star Wars fans for many years. Both through the exciting light vapors as well as the varied and detailed areas on different planets, the action game exudes a lot of star-Wars atmosphere. That the hero stays a bit pale and the story is hanging in the middle is there to get there.

Star Wars Battlefront 2

The right game for: all who want to experience epic battles in the Star Wars Universe.

Not so good for: All those who are interested in the solo campaign or have a great aversion to microtransaktions.

Great slaughter & a lot of scope: Star Wars Battlefront 2 is one of DICE, the studio behind Battlefield, developed multiplayer shooter, which sends us in epic battles on different planets of the Star Wars Universe and of course we also famous us War appliance such as AT-ATS and Tie Fighter can be used. Thanks to the elaborate presentation, the battle atmosphere comes over very well. With its variety of maps and modes, Battlefront 2 also has a considerable extent.

Microtransaktions & Campaign: Problematic used to release the intrusive microtransactions. However, these are now included in a defused version that rotates about cosmetic items while playing playful advantages in the game itself. In addition to the multiplayer, Battlefront 2 also offers a short singleplayer campaign, in which we at least start on the side of the empire. This is due to the weak story and the tubular leveldesign but not more than a nice drive.

Conclusion: Star Wars Battlefront 2 had to put a lot of critique to release for his overbound microtransaktions. Fortunately, the system has meanwhile improved so far that it can no longer spoil the fun on the great star Wars battles. For the small price of 4.99 euros you also get a huge amount of content offered. Because of the singleplayer campaign, however, Battlefront 2 does not need to buy. Who wants to play solo, is at Jedi: Falling Order very much better canceled.
